Keep the Rain (2025)

A short work created with and for students at University of San Francisco in the Social Justice & Performing Arts program during the Spring 2025 semester.

"Keep the Rain" is a practice, a response, and a call for awakening in times of trouble. This work harnesses the logic of queerness in its nonlinear and non-normative fashion and is propelled by dancing that seeks pleasure, groove, and play. The movement and text in this work grew from lengthy conversations on belonging and tenderness.​
